In August 2008 Preston (and Philip) discovered a 1847(?) farmhouse; 2.5 acres within the St. Paul city limits, with a million dollar view of both Minneapolis and St. Paul downtowns. HGTV Armchair Designer Audition
Preston thought it would be a good idea to have Philip submit this video to get his own show on HGTV. No results yet but here's a glimpse of the reality that they are missing.
